This spatula works great! I use this for baking macarons - folding in dry ingredients, scraping batter out of the bowl, etc.PRO:-It is sturdy, durable and will last a very long time.-It is flexible enough to conform to the sides of the bowl yet stiff enough to hold up all the batter while transferring it to the pastry bag.CON:-design of the handle. There's an indented groove from the base of the spatula head down to the middle of the handle. The macaron batter tends to find its way in there and this makes it more difficult for me to wash the spatula than if it were just flat.Overall, I'm happy with this purchase. This spatula is extremely affordable and well made despite the design flaw.

May be a great spatula and probably would have been for low temp work stirring batters and scraping out bowls but i ordered to replace a handle broken different well known brand spatula that WAS great also for frying and scraping out servings (probably silicone ended) and hoped the same for this one. NOT OK for this one. I would recommend against using this one for stir frying especially pretty high temp frying. As the title says this one will burn to permanently deform at tip where touching hot pan surface, and you might even lose bits in frying pan as transforming into burnt it kind of curdled and lost its smooth straight shape.

These are super tough and will last a very long time, unlike the cheap plastic ones. These are true Rubbermaid commercial scrappers. well worth the money!

［北京 １８日 ロイター］ - ７月の中国から北朝鮮への輸出は２カ月連続の増加となるものの、新型コロナウイルスのパンデミック前の水準を引き続き大きく下回った。 １８日に明らかになった中国税関総署の統計によると、７月の北朝鮮向け輸出額は１６８０万ドルで、６月の１２３０万ドルから増加した。パンデミック前の２０１９年７月は２億０７７０万ドルだった。
中国、微信など43アプリに是正命令 データ保護規則違反
声明によると、４３のアプリはユーザーの連絡先リストや位置情報のデータを違法に転送したという。是正命令が出たのは、ウィーチャットのほか、アリババ・グループの電子書籍アプリ、旅行予約サイトの携程集団（トリップドットコム）や動画配信の愛奇芸（アイチーイー）のアプリなど。８月２５日までに是正措置を講じなければ、関連法規制にのっとり罰則を科すとしている。
