This is a really great omelette maker!I bought this, along with one of the silicone versions, and while they both do an excellent job, this one allows for making slightly larger omelettes. The instructions say use two eggs, but I've found that I can easily use three eggs, along with some veggies and cut up hot dogs, and both sides fill up just right. The secret is to cook it open for about two minutes on Power Level 7 or 8, then again for another minute if the middles are still a bit runny. Once both sides are reasonably cooked, close it up (adding some grated cheese between them if you want - and why wouldn't you?) :) and then cook on high for about 30 seconds. Perfect double-stuffed omelette!!!

I bought one of these because I was sick of fast food breakfast sandwiches and their added carbs.Thought I would give this inexpensive product a try not expecting much really. What a pleasant surprise when I made my first omelet with this gem. It was fluffy and just beautiful to look at but much better to eat!The clean up is a snap using a paper towel since the omelet easily slides from the pan. No need for spray or butter but I like to use a little olive oil or butter which is fine on a Keto or Adkins diet.Pile the ingredients in to your liking from cheese, veggies, meats and salsa for a little spice. In a couple of minutes you will have created a masterpiece which is way more healthy than one of those sorry fast food sandwiches.Buy two for people will beg to take yours.Great stocking stuffer for Santa! :)

Well, I didn't really think it would work, but it was worth a try. And it does work. I like that it encourages me to put vegetables inside my omelettes. I never bothered before. I will say a prefer the taste of eggs fried in oil. But if you want to stay away from oil, this gadget will do it. Clean up is easier. I am not sure using it is really any faster than using a frying pan. You still have to whip the eggs. Then you have to make sure you pour the eggs equally in each half of the gadget. I'd say it takes just under 5 minutes to prepare a stuffed omelette. To clean just toss in the washer. How the heck to you spell omelette? Evidently not the way I am spelling it!

Seems great as my first omelet turned out perfect. The picture is a four egg ham and cheese omelet. I whisked the eggs in the container. Microwaved about a minute and a half. Added my ham and cheese and microwaved another minute. I let it cool then opened and a perfect omelet popped out. Amazing! Great addition to my low carb life on the go.
