Microplane Zester Grater is a stylish and very convenient grater.Ginger fibers can be cut through for a smooth finish, and onions can be finely grated for dressing.Can be used for a variety of purposes, such as making Parmesan cheese powder for Italian dishes, or lightly shaving the surface of the citrus fruits and other treats for baking.The 13 chrome stainless steel blade has been specially processed in the USA to achieve a sharpness unlike similar products.The grip of the elastomer resin handle with the "microplane" logo is easy to hold and makes grating work easy.Easily grate almonds, nutmeg, chocolate, and other hard items without requiring force.Comes with a plastic cover to protect the blade.Simply remove the cover to make it dishwasher safe for easy cleaning!Includes a recipe book by a culinary researcher to add to your repertoire such as mushroom and cheese risotto, and citron water for the weekends.

安くはないですが、これがあるだけでしょうがにんにく、チーズ、フルーツの皮、なんでもノーストレスですれます。ボールの端と端に横たわらせてするとらくちんです。
