These pots and pans are virtually impossible to get clean, regardless of the amount of oil or butter that are used in the cooking process. Stains from what was cooked are embedded in the cooking surface and don't come out and insides of pan look anything but polished. Would not buy again and will replace asap.

I wanted to love these pans, and for the price I expected to but I really don’t. They looked great when I opened them. However (these are my first stainless set so maybe this is normal) even with spraying them with nonstick spray- things stick… bad. BUT my biggest issue is they are tarnished after ONE use. I hard boiled eggs in one pot and cooked burgers In one of the pans and they look awful. I washed them immediately after using and did not let anything burn to them. I’m very disappointed to say the least.

These pots are fantastic! Made the switch to stainless a few months ago, and will never go back! They claim to be dishwasher safe, but I always hand wash. Maintain a shine!

I made the mistake this AM of burning my oatmeal because I was in too much of a hurry. The inside bottom of the pan was covered with burned cereal which bubbled up over the edges, hardening on the outside of the pan and burning around the bottom and on my induction cooktop. I simply soaked the pan for a couple of hours then cleansed with no scratch sponge. It looks beautiful again!

I have a complete set of Cuisinart cookers. I love them. They are heavy, durable, and easy to clean. I do not put them in dishwasher. Hand wash only! Yes, with much use, they will have scratch marks...which is not important to me.I seasoned them well before initial use then reseaon occasionally when food starts to stick. I avoid washing in heavily soapy water...soapy water takes off the seasoning coating. This cooker was added to complete my set which will last forever!

But will definitely be the last. Ex wife got the last set, which were SS with aluminium bottoms. Almost 20 years old and they've never let us down. Now that I'm on my own, and needed my own set, this one jumped out at me. I'm a SS guy. I spent years slaving over a restaurant 6 eye. I don't need Teflon or ceramic. Gimmicky crap for people that can't cook.These are just amazing. First off, they're heavy. And I mean heavy. That's a good thing. They heat evenly and hold the heat in. Second, they're absolutely gorgeous.I'm a buy once cry once guy. I'll pass this set on to one of my kids some day so I don't mind the cost. Plus they're half the price of a comparable All Clad set and every bit as good. This is definitely a buy it for life set of cookware.

Dangerous! I have the 2 of these pots and they boil over. If adding pasta or rice or anything you need boiling water for, they boil over every time! Tried to return to Cuisinart for refund or credit and they really did not care. Do not buy these pots, any size.
