The capacity is great, the filtration is great, but the lid design is horrible. The lid sits loosely on top of the pitcher. Since no seal is formed, it's easy for the water to slosh out if you fill it up near the top (or even not so close to the top). I don't know how many times I've spilled water into the fridge trying to get this back onto the shelf.

Like many other reviews, it didn't take long for this filter to go bad and give off that dead shrimp smell. There seems to be something very wrong with this product. I don't recommend it at all.

We have really hard water, and this works great for hard water. It fits perfectly in the fridge as well. I love that it has a TDS meter that cam with it. It is amazing how clean the water becomes. We love it. At least until we get a reverse osmosis system installed. It is a perfect substitute for the reverse osmosis equipment.

I was skeptical that this little device was rigged to read zero all the time. Tested it on multiple liquids to find our area water is in the 700s. Tested my refrigerator water filter only to see my oem filter reduced the Total Dissolved Solvents (TDS) by 10 points. Ridiculous. Patiently waited for the Zero filter to do its work. Trust me it's not fast, but it's certainly worth the wait. Water tastes different (better) and the readout truly indicates zero (0) TDS. I highly recommend this product. I'll update review once the required filter change at 6 TDS is reached. So far we've filled it up 4 times.

It helps remove some of the chlorine from our water, but unless you keep it by the sink you have to lug it back and forth to refill it. I wish it contained more water.

It would be nice if the manufacturer would make the lid where it snaps into place I have the same problem with the picture the lid sits there so when you go to pour water out the lid falls off!
